Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Nöma and any person wishing to purchase a modular habitat presented on www.nöma.com.
Last updated : September 5, 2026
Purpose
Nöma designs and sells prefabricated modular habitats (Tiny Collection, Living Collection, Resort Collection), customisable according to the options genuinely available for each model.
Quotes and orders
Nöma habitat prices are not displayed online: each project is quoted individually, based on the chosen model, selected options and your site’s characteristics.
The order becomes firm and final only upon receipt of the signed quote and, where applicable, payment of the agreed deposit. Payment terms (deposit amount, schedule) are specified in each quote.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract.
However, under Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, which is the case for Nöma habitats configured according to your choice of model and options. Any specific withdrawal terms are set out in your quote.
Delivery and installation
Manufacturing and delivery times vary by model and chosen options and are communicated precisely when the quote is prepared. Delivery includes transport to the site and installation, according to the terms agreed in the quote.
Warranties
Every Nöma habitat carries a 10-year structural warranty, a 5-year weatherproofing warranty and a 3-year warranty on electrical and plumbing installations, without prejudice to the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by the French Civil Code and Consumer Code.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
