Data controller

Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide to us:
- Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, project description
- Appointment booking: name, email, phone, location, project type
- Configurator: model and option selections (not linked to your identity unless you submit a quote request)
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, GDPR Article 6.1.b) and, where you consent, to send you information about our habitats (legal basis: consent, GDPR Article 6.1.a).
Retention period
Data from a contact request is kept for 3 years from the last interaction, unless a contract is concluded, in which case the legal retention period for commercial and accounting documents applies.
Data recipients
Your data is intended for Nöma’s internal customer relationship teams. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) acting as processors under GDPR. Current providers: [TO BE COMPLETED].
