The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you several rights over your personal data. Here is how to exercise them with Nöma.

Your rights in detail
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to restriction: request temporary suspension of the processing of your data.
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to object: object to processing, particularly for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request to contact@nöma.com, specifying your identity and the right you wish to exercise. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
In accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, Nöma undertakes to respond to your request within one month, which may be extended to three months for complex or numerous requests.
Complaints to the CNIL
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr. Residents outside France may contact their local data protection authority.
