Starting price by model

The "starting from" price is for the model in standard finish, with no options. The final price depends on the options selected and your site’s specifics.

Every Nöma model is delivered turnkey: on delivery your home is ready to live in, with no electrician or plumber needed to make it functional.

  • The landAcquiring or providing the plot of land remains your responsibility.

  • Administrative stepsPrior declaration or planning permission depending on floor area, your local planning office confirms what applies.

Personalisation options

Each model has its own list of real options, among the most common: timber deck, pergola, solar panels, water-recovery system, furniture pack, appliance pack, air conditioning, outdoor blind. The configurator shows the options available for your chosen model and builds your quote accordingly.
